Full-time male drug screen technician

This is a fulltime, salaried position.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
$36,000.00. In addition to the salary, the benefits for this position are:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: This role involves conducting observed drug screens on male participants to ensure the integrity and accuracy of each test. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and handling specimens according to established protocols, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that all procedures are carried out in a respectful and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform observed urine drug screens on male participants, ensuring privacy and dignity are maintained.
- Properly handle and document the collection process to meet chain-of-custody requirements.
- Ensure the testing environment is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with participants, explaining the testing process and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all participant information and test results.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, pass a pre-employment drug test, and pass a comprehensive, nationwide background investigation.
